With an intent of making 1 international trip every year, in January 2018 I chose to visit New York & Washington, DC. Having lived and fallen in love with Mumbai, the financial capital of India, the prospect of visiting New York, the global financial capital, got me really excited. There are so many parallels between these 2 cities such as the fast-paced life, very populous and an un-explainable energy that you can feel only when you are there! 

I was in New York city for 8 days and in Washington, D.C. for 2 days. My experience was so delightful that the thought of returning made me cringe.

So for this post, I decided not to blog about my travel experience, like how I have done in my other posts. I thought of this because I felt that you don’t need to know about my experience to fall in love with New York City. I am pretty sure even before visiting New York City, you probably are already in love with it – just like how I was!! So instead, I’m just going to post pictures of my visit to these 2 wonderful cities.
